Refund & Cancellation Policy

• CashNiti ensures best service delivery to all our customers. However, once a digital service is processed or activated, no refund or cancellation request will be entertained.

• In case of double payment or technical error during transaction, the refund will be initiated only after verification by our finance team.

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the same payment method within 7–10 business days.

• All refund and cancellation decisions by CashNiti shall be final and binding.
